Party Packages at The Roller Room

What to Bring
• Food, snacks, cake or cupcakes
• Non-alcoholic drinks (bring an ice chest with ice if needed)
• Decorations, balloons, and tableware (plates, cups, napkins, silverware)
• A custom Apple Music playlist to share when you arrive
• Any supplies needed to hang decorations (3M hooks, tape, thumbtacks, etc.)

Guest Limits (Skaters + Non-Skaters)
• Mini-Roll: 15 skaters | 35 total guests
• Roll-Out: 30 skaters | 60 total guests
• Main Event: 50 skaters | 80 total guests

Additional Skaters
Each package includes a set number of skaters. Any additional guests who wish to skate will be charged $15 per skater.

Party Setup
• Semi-Private Party:

• (2) 12-ft tables (seats 16 each)
• (1) 6-ft food & drink table
• May occur alongside another Mini-Roll party
   

• Private Party:

• (4) 12-ft tables (seats 16 each)
• (2) 6-ft food & drink tables
   

Setup & Cleanup
• A 10–15 minute setup window may be available before your party.
• At the end of your reserved time, all guests must be ready to exit, skates returned, and the party area cleared.

Cancellations
• Must be requested at least 7 days before the event to reschedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
